Ayurvedic herbology & Abhyanga Taila’s with respect to Headache, Migraine, Lack of Concentration, depression and Sleep Disorder
‘Manas Ayurveda’, a specialised branch of Ayurveda explains in detail about our life expectancy and absolute health, which depend upon three pillars i.e. Ahaara (proper diet), Nidraa (good and natural sleep) and Brahmacharya (regulated sexual conduct).
When these three pillars are taken care of properly, the person is well endowed with strength, complexion and development throughout full life span and when not taken care of then one comes across emotional instability or ill health or specific imbalances like Sleep Disorders, Sexual Dysfunctions, and Chronic Fatigue known as Burnout which refers to long-term exhaustion and chronic occupational stress, etc.
This lecture shall adress these specific imbalances and their management in the light of Ayurvedic Nutrition and Herbs and Activities of Daily Living.
